Our Projects
She Flourishes – Empowering Girls Through Menstrual Dignity
In line with the theme “Building Bridges, Changing Lives,” Ladies Circle Zambia’s National Service Project (2025–2027), “She Flourishes,” aims to improve menstrual hygiene management for girls in underserved rural schools, starting in the Copperbelt, Lusaka, and North-Western Provinces.
The project addresses barriers such as lack of sanitary products, stigma, and limited hygiene education, which contribute to poor health outcomes and school absenteeism. Through the provision of reusable sanitary pads, menstrual health education, skills training, and community sensitisation, She Flourishes promotes dignity, confidence, and continued access to education.
